Beauty & Beyond: Empowerment Through Beauty is an initiative designed to empower young women, aged 18–25, from the Flemington and North Melbourne housing estates. This program offers a series of engaging and creative workshops where participants can learn practical makeup artistry skills while connecting with others in a supportive environment. The workshops emphasize building confidence, fostering social connections, and providing opportunities for participants to explore new paths in their personal and professional lives. By creating a safe space for self-expression and growth, Beauty & Beyond aims to strengthen community ties and inspire these young women to embrace their potential and open new doors for their future.
